| Reservation Policies We strongly recommend you book your salon and spa services in advance so that we may accommodate all of your needs. Multiple services will require a credit card deposit. Cancellation Policy Appointments at Unique Touch Spa are in high demand. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation. No shows will be charged 50% of scheduled service. Please note that credit card information is required to schedule an appointment for 2 or more spa services. If appointment is scheduled with a gift certificate, the fee will be deducted from the gift certificate value. Gift Certificates Gift Certificates may be purchased at Unique Touch Spa or by telephone. Credit Card is required to purchase a gift certificate over the phone (their will be a $1.50 processing fee added to the charge). They can be mailed directly to you or to someone special. All gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable with one year validation from the day of purchase and may be redeemed only for products and services offered by Unique Touch Spa. Prices Prices are subject to change at any time. Services prices are approximate. Tax Any service that includes massage will be taxed 7%. Payment Cash, local check, Visa, Master Card & American Express are accepted. A fee will be incurred for returned checks. Young Children Our environment is not a safe place for young children. For their benefit and your peace of mind, we recommend that you make other arrangements for them while you enjoy your appointment. If your child is under 18 years of age, you must be present at the time of service or provide a written note specifying the kind of service your child should be receiving. Cellular Phone Policy Every effort has been made to make Unique Touch Spa a tranquil environment; therefore we request cell phones be used only in case of emergency. Please turn your cell phone on silent or off mode. |
